Play Rules 

Penelope's Pitstop team are around to supervise the play equipment, clean and maintain the toys, please remember they are NOT there to supervise your children. Parents/guardians should note that whilst every consideration has been given for the safety of children using the play equipment, Penelope's Pitstop cannot be held responsible for accidents which occur as a result of children playing with the play equipment.

* Parents/guardians are responsible for their behaviour and well-being of the child in their care and must maintain supervision at all times. 

​

* Penelope's Pitstop staff are not responsible for the supervision of any child.

​

*Fighting or bullying will not be tolerated. Guilty parties may be asked to leave. 

​

* Only food and drink purchased on site at Penelope's Pitstop may be consumed whilst during your play session. Strictly no food and drink of your own to be consumed on site.

​

*If your child uses the toilet, please wash their hands before going back to use of play toys/equipment. 

​

* We do ask if you can refrain from bringing buggy's in that would be preferred however we do have a buggy parking area inside. 

​

* Please keep muddy footwear outside the gate before entering the play zone. 

​

*Nappy changing and the use of potties should be conducted in the toilet. Please use nappy sacks and use the correct bins provided. Please make sure potty is clean after use.

​

*No food/drink or chewing gum is allowed whilst using the play equipment/toys.

​

*Shoes must be taken off and socks worn when in the play area. 

​

* Remove jewellery, badges and other sharp objects.

​

*Children who are unwell should refrain from play.

​

* No liability will be accepted for loss, damage or theft of items.

​

* Please report any damage to property or resources to a member of staff.

​

* Penelope's Pitstop is strictly for 0-5 years play.

​

* Play is restricted to 1.5 hours, a bell will ring 10 minutes before your session ends. Once your session comes to an end, please ensure you exit as quickly as possible to allow the team to clean and prepare for the next play session. Unfortunately as we operate a back to back running of sessions with a gap in-between for cleaning we cant allow anyone to stay extra if any time is missed at the beginning of your session.

* Play sessions are non refundable. Sessions can be transferred outside of 24 hours notice. Transfers within 24 hours notice are not accepted. 

​

* Abuse or rudeness towards any member of staff will not be accepted and you will be asked to leave the premises.
